About Whitney
Whitney Humphrey currently serves as the Associate Director at the Atkins Living Learning Center. She began her journey at Indiana University in the summer of 2007 as an undergraduate participant in the GROUPS program and a recipient of the 21st Century Scholars Scholarship. During her first year, she resided on the Atkins Living Learning Center floor.
Whitney Humphrey received her degree in Media (formerly known as the Department of Telecommunications) in 2012. In 2020, she furthered her education by obtaining a M.S.Ed. in Adult Education and a certificate in Higher Education and Student Affairs.
As a first-generation student, she is proud to have earned her undergraduate degree from Indiana University Bloomington and remains committed to assisting other students in achieving their educational goals at the university. After graduation, Whitney gained valuable experience at Radio TV Services, working with clients such as WTIU and IU Athletics for ten years. Following her time at Radio TV Services, she served as an academic advisor at the Media School. Whitney is originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana.
