Each year, we award scholarships to students who have achieved academically or who wish to explore leadership opportunities at Atkins. Several of our scholarships are provided by the Department of African American and African Diaspora Studies, the academic unit in which Atkins LLC is housed. Celebrating academic achievement
Your accomplishments are celebrated throughout the semester. Our entire Atkins family cheers when Atkinites announce they have done well on exams and papers. Students who have made the Dean’s List have their names placed on our Wall of Honors, and we also encourage academic achievement by awarding medals to students with GPAs of 3.0 and higher.
Our annual Academic Showcase is an opportunity for each Atkins student to reveal their intellectual and creative genius. By participating in the Showcase, Atkinites can win prizes for essays, poetry, compositions, and other diverse inventions.
